the loco joined the bill with the Hackney Globetrotter and the Continental Drifts crew for a sunny mash up in Victoria Park. B-loco's first outdoor gig of the summer was a great success. When the loco came on at 2pm it felt like lunchtime, needless to say, By the end of the set it was a jumpin' party.

05-08 Cidade Brilhante @ Brighton Fringe
Lending some loco hands to Brighton's first Samba School, the b-loco contingent had fine times playing with both G.R.E.S Cidade Brilhante and a fresh 'n funked-up bateria from Brighton named Estrondo.
Up for it crowds, 2 for 1 Caipirinhas and plenty of sunshine... ahhhh.

b-loco - Best Urban Act? The band has made it to the final shortlist of 4 acts in the Urban category. Big up to everyone who voted for us, and major props to Spitz of Renwick, GdoublE, Purple & Summer Holiday for their part in the madness. We made it this far..."Over 600 venues, festivals and promoters nominated over 700 of the very best artists out of an estimated 120,000 that played on their stages last year."
